ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The order will be processed within 24 hours from receipt of the same. The data provided at the time of registration will be used for the execution of the order itself; therefore, it is advisable to check if the data entered are correct.

DELIVERIES, FREIGHT AND RELATED RISKS

All orders are entrusted to external transport companies which contractually indicate delivery in 24/48 hours (for the islands delivery is 48/72 hours). If delivery is delayed, Ultrasuono Service Srl cannot be held responsible. The goods, if not insured, travel at the purchaser's risk. In addition, we recommend that you always specify the shipping address (including your street number) and a telephone address to avoid that the package is not delivered due to incorrect/ incomplete addresses. Please also note that during pre-holiday periods (e.g. the Christmas period), deliveries may be delayed.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS

Customers have the right to delete or change their data at any time by simply logging into their reserved area.

LEGAL AND COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE

The products sold by Ultrasuono Service S.r.l. are regularly covered by a guarantee for defects of conformity according to the Consumer Code, DL 206/05. Sales made to customers holding a VAT number, i.e. companies and/or natural persons operating in the field of trade in goods and/or services, are not protected by the legal guarantee. The legal guarantee is provided only to the final consumer according to the terms of the law, i.e. a natural person not holding a VAT number and not operating in the field of trade in goods and/or services. For B2B (business-to-business) trade, a commercial guarantee is provided at the discretion of the supplier. Ultrasuono Service S.r.l. offers a commercial guarantee (from now on simply indicated as a guarantee) to its customers with VAT number according to the times indicated in Table 4 of the product guarantee form. - Product Guarantee.

1. Warranty means the repair and/or replacement of the product made with the same article or with the same characteristics without charge of any expenses except for the proven defect of the manufacturer.
2. Defects or damages attributable to improper use or tampering of the purchased goods, invalidate the warranty.
3. Without prejudice to point 1, the period within which the commercial guarantee may be exercised is indicated, for each type of product, in Table 4.
4. The date on the sales document (DDT transport document or invoice) issued by Ultrasuono Service S.r.l. is valid for the commencement of the terms of validity of the commercial guarantee indicated in Table 4
5. In cases where the product has been returned within the time limits indicated in Table 4 but appears, as in point 2, with invalidated warranty, the repair or replacement will only take place at the expense of the customer. This charge will be estimated and communicated. The repair or replacement of the goods will take place only after acceptance of the cost estimate sent to the customer.
6. For products marketed by Ultrasuono Service S.r.l. with non-owned brands - MTX, MBQ, BLAM - the warranty will be managed by the parent company in the terms and conditions established by it

RETURNS GOODS

To return one or more articles under warranty/repair or for non-conforming material, it is necessary to send an email to assistenza@ultrasuono.it together with the RMA form (downloadable from the Download area - Modules section). Subsequently it will be the care of the assistance office to authorize the return goods by providing a return number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted

PAYMENTS

The payments available on the website www.ultrasuono.it are:

2. Advance Bank transfer
3. Payment reserved to customers resellers/distributors established by the commercial policy subscribed and authorized by the Administrative Office.
